By reviewing the new regulation forcing motorcycle riders to wear fluorescent jackets during both day and night since the 1st January 2014, the government has once more shown that decisions are taken haphazardly and that the population still hold some power!

While the world was mourning for the loss of Nelson Mandela, President Barack Obama, David Cameron (UK PM) and Helle Thorning-Schmidt ( Danish PM) were caught taking a "selfie". While this picture is making the tour of the world, can you imagine what if something similar was shot in Mauritius?
Officially accessible to the public since a few days, the Terre Rouge Verdun Link Road is probably the talk of the town right now. This 24Km long road will definitely be beneficial to those who unnecessarily needed to go through the capital daily.

Ever since the special adviser of the Prime Minister, Mr Ben Buntipilly announced that they are working on the necessary legal framework to increase security on our roads by especially targeting pedestrians, I heard several persons actively commenting this topic.
