Partial elections will be held on the 1st March 2009 in the region of Quartier Millitaire/Moka ( No 8 ) My question is very simple : Who will win these elections?
Mahashivratree is one of the most important festivals for the hindu community. However, this festival is sometimes treated as a fun-walk, with loads of oversized kanwars, which are potential dangers for the road users. The famous "Parking Cathédrale" has been transformed into a nice garden, which seems to be at the end of its construction phase. Very soon, this Cathédrale Square will have a completely different look! Check out the pics.

In a few days, Mauritius will be welcoming mr the president of the people's republic of china... However, he won't be able to know whats the reality in Mauritius, since many roads will be closed, diverted during his visit. Even speed humps are being removed! Latest Updates : School/Offices Closing at 14hrs on Monday the 16th. Offices closing at 12hrs on the 17th and no School on the 17th!
