Chinese made Philips bulbs are not really Philips

wahahaha. This Radioplus’ news made my day!

660,000 economical bulbs imported by CEB for sale have been found to be non-genuine. These bulbs are valued at a total of Rs24millions rupees.

Philips headquarters, based in Holland, made it clear that it does not recognize the chinese factory which has manufactured the bulbs. Consequently, the President of the finance Comitee of the Central Electricity Board (CEB) has resigned from his post.

Still remember the “Say NO to China” campaign of yashvinblogs? 😛 I will try to update this article when more info is available.

    set up a pre-qualification stage to assess compliance of potential contractors to technical specifications first, to eliminate the canards boiteux right at the start. then, open the financial offer of the technically compliant one before award of the contract.
