As most of you have guessed, this picture was taken in the north of the island, more exactly at Le Victoria Hotel, Pointe Aux Piments!
You can see the location here on google maps.

that’s the oil rig transiting through pl for refuelling..think on monday i saw that in the port..guess it’s between baie du tombeau and trou aux biches…sorry just don’t know much the places in between :S
